I m holding a community workshop, using Somatic approaches to help solve blockage-related problems: removing stress and anxiety fueled by feeling stuck, not accomplishing what you want despite trying hard, repeating cycles of fights, rocky relationships, same mistakes, etc.
You may remember my 7 Female Energies workshop posting in the past -- well, this is a step further, now applying these techniques to solving a specific problem. I'm going to ask you to bring an issue that you want fixed, and we'll work on it. The person with the best results will receive a prize!
