The program works by establishing and revving up the metabolic processes that are responsible for weight loss. For example, in Step 1, we will start by awakening circadian detox -- aka night time fat burn. This is a process that will make you lose weight during the night: you will weigh yourself at night, and then again in the morning and will see a drop in weight of 2-4 lb. Here are a few highlights of what you will learn and experience in the program:
In Step 1, you will learn a way to test ANYTHING you do (the foods you eat, the type of exercise you engage in, systematic approaches like Keto or Low Fat, etc.) for its effectiveness. This way, you will be armed with a tool that will help you KNOW what will bring you results and what won't before you ever invest your time and energy (and money!) into it. You will also learn the Kaizen method for weight loss, known as a miracle method that helps the blind see and the lame walk (quite literally, by the way) -- and will LOSE YOUR FIRST 5 LB as the proof -- AND THE GUARANTEE!
In Step 2, you will get to know your metabolism. You will discover that it all is not about what to eat less of, but rather what "fuel mix" your biological engine runs on: what kinds of foods your body "likes", which ones it rejects (hidden allergies are in this category) -- and why the wrong ratios of carbs vs proteins will slow your burn more than the wrong calories. We will do thorough TESTING to determine the EXACT ratios that YOUR body needs, as long as a list of foods that is most beneficial for you.
In Step 7, you will discover the sneaky effect of nutrient deficiency on your weight: for some of us, eating LESS actually aggravates the problem of weight, believe it or not. You will also get a specific plan of action of how to fix this problem
In Step 9, we will audit your food for the invisible toxins your liver is storing in fat cells for safekeeping. Liver is the only organ in our body that can metabolize fat -- and if its' clogged, you will not be able to lose weight no matter how hard you try. Clean the liver's workload, and the release happens without force.
In Step 14you will learn to understand your health and its possible issues — the thyroid hovering at the bottom of "normal," the digestion that tests fine but feels like cement — and learn what to ask for before the numbers slide into disease... or result in stubborn weight that will not budge no matter what. (This is where some extras ---additional testing and work-up -- can be recommended to fix these problems)
In Step 19I will show you a better way to think of movement: not in order to burn calories and end up with sore muscles (as your entire body screams for mercy), but in order to simply get your lymph moving. You will learn specific somatic sequences that open the exits so your tissues stop hoarding water and waste.
In Step 22 you will reset the circadian signal that tells your fat cells whether it is time to burn or time to store. You may be surprised, but the wrong light at the wrong hour counts more than the wrong snack..
In Step 25we will talk about HORMONES. You will see how your cortisol pattern flips your metabolism into storage mode by 10 AM — and why willpower cannot outvote a hormone that thinks you are being chased. We will also dig deep into the effects of female hormones on our weight (often complained about after childbirth or menopause) -- and will learn to triumphantly overcome their effects.
In Step 28we will move on to emotional and energetic reasons for weight gain. We will start by mapping out the specific childhood event your body is still protecting you from — and why your fat stores drop only when your nervous system feels safe enough to let its guard down.
In Step 31 we will scan your seven chakras for the energy leak that matches your weight gain. A collapsed solar plexus often sits under a stubborn belly; a frozen sacral, under locked hips. You will locate the exact somatic point where your energy flatlines, learn what actually drains your energy — and fix the connection and the reasons behind being "always being tired" (aka "feeling lazy" or unable to motivate)
In Step 35 you will catch a mind game your body plays with you: "I always fail" or "Shame on me!". You will learn how these thoughts... may be the reason for why your weight is so stubborn: negative talk is not a feeling; it's a command your hypothalamus executes as chemistry. We will dismantle the willpower myth. Your body does not resist change because you are weak; it resists because it has not been consulted.
In Step 37, you will trace the weight that was never yours. Some bodies are still digesting a grandmother's grief, a mother's unlived life, an ancestor's survival fear.
In Step 39you will learn to tell physical hunger from emotional vacancy. One lives in the stomach; the other lives in the emotions connected to your throat, the chest, or the hands — and they eat very differently. The "How to eliminate cravings" is also part of this discussion.
In Step 42 we will balance the masculine and feminine energy currents in your body — the drive that pushes, and the receptivity that releases — because chronic overdoing locks weight in place as surely as overeating does.
Step 44 is the graduation step. At this point you will be at your desired weight (which is not always the same as the prescribed "ideal weight", but comes close for most people) -- and in perfect ownership and understanding of your body. You will have all the tools you need to continue rolling with the flow of the process of loving your shape, your energy and your presence in life.
Step 45:Some of you may decide to become a coach and pass it on. This step is definitely optional -- but if want to take it, I will help you make the step!
