The Main Principles

System Minus 45 is a somatic approach that is based on the following principles and can help you get the following results:

Everything in our life is interconnected: our physical and emotional health, as well as our environment.

Our weight is not a curse, but rather a way our body speaks to us.

By learning to hear and interpret this language and bringing everything into balance, we cannot only gain the optimal health (by overcoming common ailments – such as headaches, poor sleep, anxiety and even health issues), but also optimal physical shape:vitality and energy, thin and toned shape and younger look.

We achieve these results NOT through restrictive diets, strenuous exerciseor other forms of self-denial, but rather by rediscovering your inner resourcesand bringing everything into balance.

This means that you can start from wherever you're at and rebuild yourself to the desired results regardless of your current physical condition: even if right now you're having a hard time getting off the couch and walking across the room without getting out of breath due to your health conditions, you eventually will be able to run a mile – if this is your goal. And everything in between.

The Vitality Formula

Your body is created with all the needed potential built in. You don't need to change and become "someone else" – with a different lifestyle, tastes, schedules or preferences. Rather, you need to remove the obstacles: ailments, toxins (physical and emotional), hurdles and damages (aka traumas) that currently mess things up for you.

Metabolic Approach

Adjusting your metabolism is a "cheat" that can help you lose weight and gain more energy without doing anything else. It is achieved by fixing imbalances (which often manifest as ailments – for example, a thyroid imbalance or liver congestion), as well as something as simple as adjusting the quality of the "fuel" that your body runs on: your food quality.

Clean Eating Approach

Continuing the subject of food quality: taste matters. Our food preferences and tastes are part of our body language that we need to listen to. The emotional aspect of food (comfort, stress reduction) is also important – contrary to popular belief. The magic of clean eating lies in selecting the right foods that satisfy these without messing up our metabolism.

The Kaizen Method

A self-organization approach of making small changes with a large impact. This is what makes the entire program feel natural, doable – and even enjoyable.

Complete a quick informational module– so that you understand what you're doing, why, and how it is going to affect your body

Do the homework that comes with it: a 5-day journal challenge, a work-with-me exchange with me via chat, a stress pattern rewrite, hormone level audit, and so forth.

These steps may include further testing, specific meal plans, individual recommendations and other things that you will need to reach your goal.

As you're going through the steps and working on your own, I will be standing by for questions via chat. We will also be discussing all the details in our Inner Circle Facebook Group.

There are also open mike round table discussions held twice a month, where you can ask your questions or discuss your challenges. The recording will be available whether you attend or not – and you can submit your question in advance and watch the response later: all questions are always answered.

Register and Download the App

Launch the Accountability Bot

After you start each step (starting with Step 1), launch its accountability bot. It will be sending you daily motivational prompts and reminders to help you move along and stay on track. However, if you have to miss a day or two, don't worry: Telegram automatically bookmarks the page, and will take you to the place where you left off – and you can catch up on your time.


Here is the button to download the messaging app. The button to launch the accountability bot is in each corresponding Step. (Some steps have it, some do not – depending on what your personal plan calls for). I encourage you to also introduce yourself, so that I can welcome you personally and answer any questions that you may have. Of course, this step is optional.

Plan to Attend the Next Live Round-Table Discussion

I want everyone to have full opportunity to ask their questions and find their solutions, so I keep these discussion groups very small: 5 people max. (Which means pssst! 😅 that some lucky people have gotten private one-on-one consultations this way: it's easy for 4 people to have scheduling conflicts! 😅😅)

You will also be asked to submit the question that you want to discuss in advance: that way, if for some reason you cannot make it, I will still cover it. The recording will be sent to everyone who registers via Telegram.
