How it works:
▶️GET THE APP
After purchase, you will get a link to download your setup guide, which will contain the link to our secure messaging app (free and easy). I will then ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire where you will describe the issue that you're trying to resolve.
▶️CLICK THE LINK
After doing so, you will click the link and enter our virtual waiting room. At that point, I have already received the order, and I will then promptly move you to a private chat room with me (usually the same day, but always within 24 business hours – excluding weekends)
▶️LET'S TALK!
I check the chatrooms every 3-4 hour-- and we will keep the discussion going until you feel you have all the answers you need, or we reach the end of a 3 day period. (Weekends are excluded,)
▶️Afterwards, I will often also send you links to other helpful information (videos, articles), which I feel may be beneficial in the discussion.
