What this means is that this program WILL fit in with who you are and with your individual needs and preferences
You CAN do it: no specific level of fitness or health are required. We’ve had participants who were so overweight that they couldn’t get out of the chair without getting short of breath — or ill with a bad back, or diabetic, or with chronic fatigue. There are no prerequisites — and these people have reached their goals despite going in with little hope. You will learn about them in the program: one of them was able to run a mile!
Everyone will be able to work at their individual pace, according to their individual needs and preferences, with a obstacle-aware approach and without pressure. In fact, we have a magic method for this — which you will learn about in STEP 1: how to go from where you are to where you want to be with a pretty much guaranteed certainty!

IS ABOUT AND HOW IT WORKS —

👉 This program is based on a Holistic (Somatic) approach designed to fine-tune your metabolism and help your body find it’s way back to the original health, weight and appearance (the kind you had back in high school, for most of us — even earlier for some) — NOT on traditional diet and exercise routines (although we WILL use food and movement as tools, in a way)
👉 This is a self-paced program, with instructor support:

➡️Use our messaging app: it will send you the prompts what to do next — and how
➡️Ask questions: discuss challenges, victories or anything that may be unclear in the FB group or attend a monthly live round-table discussion via zoom (alternately, you can submit your question for the zoom discussion and watch the recording later)
👉 Step 1 is going to be the same for everyone: this is where you will learn the basics of the approach, as well as how to test what works. This step comes with GUARANTEED RESULTS: lose your first 5 lb. —and know why and how this happened. After that, we will branch out according to each participants individual needs and their situation, and each of of you will receive a different Step 2, based on what would be most effective for you
Your steps for making things happen:

➡️Launch the Accountability coach bot: it will guide you through the program as self-study
➡️Do the course modules as prompted
👉Proceed to Step 2: after Step 1 you will know three very important things:

Armed with this knowledge, we will create your personal assessment of main challenges (prone to quitting? not enough energy? not enough time? cravings? WHATEVER it may be) — AND create a step-by-step plan on what to do in order to solve this challenge and achieve the goal that you have in mind (This will happen at the end of Step 1)
👉Step 2 and beyond: work through all the challenges - one step at a time — until you reach your desired goal. I will coach you along until you reach it. Needless to say, you will be seeing progress with each step: the results are required in order to move to the next one! And remember: MOST people can do ANYTHING they put their mind to doing!
